Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Late claims may not be accepted.
3. Proof & Verification
To process a return, exchange, or refund request, customers may be required to provide:
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product reveal)
This helps us verify claims efficiently and protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims.
4. Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
Item is unused and in original condition
Original packaging is intact
All accessories, manuals, tags, and included items are returned
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or refund.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved:
Refund approval is completed after product verification
The refunded amount will be returned using the same payment method used when placing the order
Refunds are processed within 20 working days after approval
Refund methods include:
Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, subject to customer preference where applicable
Processing time may vary depending on payment providers or banks.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery
Replacement is subject to stock availability
If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers will be offered:
A suitable alternative product, or
Refund/store credit
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Personal care & cosmetic products
Meat & frozen items
Hygiene-related products
Perishable goods
Clearance, discounted, or sale items
8. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable
If the issue is caused by KK Mart (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return/replacement shipping costs will be covered by us
9. Failed Deliveries & Order Refusal
Orders may be cancelled if:
The customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery
Incorrect or incomplete delivery/contact details are provided
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability and accurate order information.
Repeated order refusals or failed deliveries may result in temporary account restrictions or limited order eligibility.
