Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.

  • The product received is incorrect or significantly different from the description shown on the website.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were included in the original listing.


2. Return Request Period

  • All return or exchange requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery along with the required proof (unboxing video).

  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.


3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage (not caused during delivery) will not be accepted.


5. Verification & Proof Requirement

  • Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the parcel, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the product and any damage or issue.

  • If the parcel or product is received in damaged condition, the unboxing video must be shared with our Customer Support team for verification.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be processed without a valid unboxing video in case of damage or missing items.

  • All return requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by our team.


6. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.


7. Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • Exchanges or replacements are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, the order cannot be credited or refunded, and an alternative product may be offered.


8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective at the time of delivery:

  • Personal care, hygiene, and cosmetic products

  • Undergarments and baby care hygiene items

  • Perishable goods

  • Clearance or sale items (unless stated otherwise)


9. Delivery & Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.


10. Order Refusal & Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel, future orders may require advance payment.

  • Repeated order refusals may result in account suspension.
